Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your Heydude footwear fits perfectly and meets your comfort expectations.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
- Free from any damage, stains, or odors
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Worn footwear – All shoes must be in unworn condition
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
- Products without original packaging or tags
Step-by-Step Return Process
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 1-2 business days. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
Securely package the items in their original box, including all tags and documentation. Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for your replacement item.
Exchange Process
Prefer a different size or style? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. In your return request email, clearly specify:
- The item you wish to exchange
- The preferred replacement item (size, style, color)
- If the replacement item costs more, we’ll contact you about the price difference
- If the replacement costs less, we’ll refund the difference
