Return Conditions: Items must be:

• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation
• Free from damage, stains, or odors

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized items
• Final sale or clearance items
• Products without original packaging or tags

Return Process:

2. Wait for Return Authorization Number
3. Package items securely with authorization number visible
4. Ship to our Indianapolis facility
5. Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return

Refund Information:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
